We’re now looking for a Content Manager who blends creativity, SEO strategy, and AI-driven innovation to take our digital presence to the next level.
Role Overview
As Content Manager, you will own the creation, optimization, and deployment of content that boosts organic visibility (SEO/GEO), enhances user experience (UI/UX), and drives conversions across our websites and digital platforms. You’ll leverage AI writing assistants, generative image tools, and prompt-based UX programming to ensure our content is cutting-edge, scalable, and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Research and produce high-quality, search-optimized content tailored for different geographies and audiences.
- Build topical authority through blog posts, landing pages, guides, and product descriptions.
- Track, analyze, and improve keyword rankings and organic traffic performance.
- Use AI writing tools to streamline ideation, drafting, and editing.
- Generate visual assets with generative image tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) for campaigns, product pages, and social media.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to refine page layouts, ensuring intuitive navigation and conversion-focused design.
- Conduct A/B testing on headlines, images, and CTAs to continuously refine performance.
- Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align content with campaigns and launches.
- Ensure messaging is consistent with brand voice and business goals.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in content creation, SEO, or digital marketing (agency or in-house).
- Demonstrated success in improving search visibility and organic traffic.
- Familiarity with AI text/image generation tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.).
- Strong grasp of on-page SEO, keyword research, and Google Search Console.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and ability to collaborate with design/development teams.
- Comfortable with A/B testing, analytics tools, and optimization workflows.
- A mix of creative storyteller and data-driven marketer.
- Proactive, experimental, and always testing new AI/SEO tactics.
- Ability to balance brand integrity with growth-hacking mentality.
